Now, I don’t want to give too much away here (the book is out in a couple of days and you can pre-order it here) but I’ll tell you this… It’s the most spiritual book I have ever recommended. “Is Joana super woo?” you might be asking yourself right now… Honestly… I switched off my spiritual side a few years ago but reading this book was like activating a deep remembering inside of me and it made me realize something important… We all have the answers inside of ourselves. We just sometimes forget how to listen to that intuition and deep knowing. Well, consider this book a great read if you want to try an alternative way of avoiding that last bit… burnout.
